Pread Pod

The Pread Pod is seen here in his most common vertical stance. One might think he would be comfortable prostrating forward, horizontally, but this is only done with effort, as it pulls his tendons taut like a rubber-band. Yet he sometimes does this as a trap. With his eye pointing forward (incidentally his eye is a dome, not a ball) other creatures may believe they could easily sneak up behind him. But when they try, the full force of the Pread Pod's massive body snaps backward, walloping the other animal and possibly puncturing them with his horns. Then he slowly turns around and slurps up their lifeless remains.
